[VBIV-14217] "Posted from iPhone App" not displaying in the post footer

Posts created from the Android application successfully display the "Posted from Android App" in the post footer, however posts that are created from the iOS application do not get the same treatment. This issue has been linked to the original bug VBI-608 and an example request/response from iOS application when creating a new thread has been attached.
