[VBIV-8881] Many Ad location templates are DEAD and Admin CP>Advertising>Add New Ad section are NOT working since many versions

I cant see my advt added to templates like "ad_blogsidebar_middle" , "ad_blogsidebar_start" etc...

I even tried adding advt in VB Option>Advertising>Add New Ad and choose Blog Sidebar as ad location but whatever I write there doesn't show up.... only some ads like Archive Ads, Blog Before Entry are showing up correctly

I think its a critical issue.

Plz solve the issue soon...
