I have a customer who wants to move his WP site to vB Suite and can't, because the importer doesn't cover WP3. He also is trying to migrate the data to an older version of WP, but that is also crapping out on him.
In general, we need to get more resources on ImpEx. 1. It is causing even more tickets now than it usually does and costing support unnecessary time. 2. As vBulletin gets more attractive, because it is finally getting back to a decent condition, people are getting more and more aware of it, but since Impex has "fallen behind", they end up not switching or worse, buy vBulletin, but can't switch. We can't leave these customers hanging and distrought.
