Suite CMS got deleted in ver 4.1.9 upgraded to 4.1.10

CMS got deleted in ver 4.1.9 upgraded to 4.1.10 but after restoring same old version of 4.1.9 not able to short it out...how can i get new CMS while my forum data will be same as on of 4.1.9 read...
