[VBB-973] Add "Show Results as" option when searching for Blog Entries and Comments

When searching for either Blog Entries or Blog Comments:
https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/search.php?search_type=1#ads=16
https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/search.php?search_type=1#ads=15

there should be "Show Results as" option to choose the output type:
1) as it is now,
2) to show entry/comment itself.
