[VBB-959] Untranslatable phrase - name of the month in blog entry publish date.

Blog entry "post date" month can not be translated via AdminCP in Phrase Manager. For example there are only one vbphrase for "January" named "$vbphrase[january]" but the translation of this phrase will not affect word "January" in Blog entry post date.
