The rebuild function doesn't rebuild media files

The rebuild function doesn't rebuild media files. Hence large images used for thumbnails on media files do not get resized and scaled down.
If you add media support for IP.Gallery, you must make sure that it is FULLY compatible with media files and doesn't 'half' do the job.

The severity level of this bug is (Severity 4 - High)
