How do I add a value(text name) to the Reputation count in a post?

In a post in the corner where the reputation display is, it'll show the option to add or subtract reputation and there's a number that shows how much reputation that post has. I want to add a name next to the number count.

Example:

[0] (this represents the reputation count box)

I want it to be like this:

[0 Reputation]

I want to add in the value of "Reputation" to display beside it so it's a bit more visible and clear. I've tried adding the value in the code but it's just not working.. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
