We have had a number of tickets from merchants that have had their store exploited as a spam relay. This means that certain areas of their website have been used to send out spam emails such as the products "Tell a Friend" tool. In order to protect your store we would recommend that "Spambot Flood Control" is set to either "Yes" to enable the native image verification tool or to "reCaptcha" which is more accessible to those with disabilities. This can be done from the "General Settings" section of your store admin control panel.
